ACCEPTANCE/AGREEING OF POLICIES
By booking an appointment for services with βThe Aesthetic Labs LLCβ. YOU accept & Agree to bound by our services & cancellation policy. To Avoid Any miscommunication & cancellations made within our timeline. We Require a credit/debit card on file when booking your appointment. By accepting & Agreeing to our Services & cancellation policy, YOU Authorize The Aesthetic Labs to charge a cancellation fee to your credit card on file, as set forth below.
SERVICES/LATE/CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is very important to us & we as providers thrive to give you our Full attention that you deserve. We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise that may require rescheduling adjustments. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request at least 72 hours notice. Please Arrive on time for your Appointments, we give Everyone a 10 minute grace period, anything past that will be charged a late fee. ($25) OR We must reschedule depending on the circumstances & the late fee will still be applied. A cancellation or request to reschedule your appointment made less than 72 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a ($50) fee. Any intentionally missed appointments or "no-shows" will be subject to a ($100) fee. The cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card on file.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late cancellations, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
"I understand & agree to all billing & cancellation terms. I understand that I will be charged a ($50) fee if I do not cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of my scheduled appointment. I understand I will not dispute any credit card/charges. Any disputed charges will go under "investigation" & attorney fees will be added onto the amount owed. I authorize my credit/debt card to be charged & processed through THE AESTHETIC LABS account. I attest that all information including the name & personal information are accurate.
